This is a self-published, limited-edition 8"x10" print of an acrylic painting with a crackled finish, one of a pair. Both "Stay" and "Sit" use dog commands with corresponding Biblical verses. Using black dogs gives the paintings the look of 19th century silhouettes.
"Sit" incorporates the verse: If we hope for what we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. It shows the dog sitting at the door, waiting for its unseen master.
This print can be framed as shown, in a 1" hand-painted and grained frame, or in a color of your choosing.
